Q: WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
A: All items are subject to a handling/printing period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave our U.S. warehouse within 4-6 business days of payment.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
A: T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery depending upon where you’re located.
Q: WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
A: All items are printed and shipped from our fulfillment house in the U.S.
Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
A: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Q: IS THERE A WAY I CAN TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Yes! Simply visit our Track Your Order page and type in your order number (it begins with an #SP****) as well as the email address you used when making your purchase.
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER?
A: For fastest response…If you have any questions about your order please locate the order number in the upper right corner of your order confirmation email, it will always start with a #SP followed by four numbers and will look similar to this… ORDER #SP1007. Once located then send us an email with your comments and order number to... email@example.com

A: Our refund/exchange policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your name, order number (starts with #SP) and the reason for requesting a refund or exchange. Once received we promise to get back to you promptly with easy instructions on how to proceed.
